Deposits
• All deposit payments are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
• Failure to show up for an appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or cancellation, with the deposit forfeited.
• Katelyn’s Beauty reserves the right to withdraw any offers at any time.
• Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Loyalty Cards
• Stamps are non-transferable between individuals.
• Completed loyalty cards must be surrendered to Katelyn’s Beauty to redeem rewards.
• To receive a stamp, the loyalty card must be presented at the time of purchase. Stamps cannot be given retroactively.
Gift Vouchers
• Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Any cost above the voucher’s value must be covered by the voucher holder.
• Lost vouchers will not be replaced.
• Voucher balances are not redeemable for cash.
